CANCELLATION POLICY
We kindly ask that any cancelations or rescheduling requests be made at 24 hours in advance. *Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit. *No-shows will also forfeit the deposit. *Deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable under any circumstances. PACKAGE CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY All packages are prepaid and sold at discounted package pricing. Unused Packages: If the entire package is canceled before any services are received, a 10% cancellation fee will be deducted from the package price. Partially Used Packages: Once treatment has begun, all completed sessions will be charged at the regular single-session price, and a 10% cancellation fee will be deducted from the remaining refundable balance. Fees: Service, system, and processing fees are non-refundable where permitted by law and disclosed at purchase. Refunds, when applicable, will be issued to the original payment method. By purchasing a package, the client acknowledges and agrees to this policy.
